Can I return or exchange my candy?
We want you to love every bite! While we do not offer exchanges, we will gladly issue a refund for defective or damaged products. If your order arrives in less-than-sweet condition, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue and we'll make it right.
Please note: this does not apply to chocolate products shipped during warm weather. While we do our best to protect items during transit, extreme heat can cause melting or changes in texture that are unfortunately beyond our control.
I entered my shipping address wrong. Can you send me a new order?
Unfortunately, we cannot send you a new order if you entered your address incorrectly. Please double verify your contact details carefully before completing your order to ensure we deliver your package to the correct address.
